Return And Refund Policy

If goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, please contact our Helpline via email at info@goldensandstanning.co.uk or by call us on 07492512839 to request a returns merchandise authorisation (RMA).

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unopened, unused and in a perfect resalable condition and sent back with its original packaging. Please be aware the postage cost will not be refunded for items returned as unsuitable or ordered in error.

We accept no responsibility for items lost in transit. It is recommended that obtain a receipt of postage. We also recommend insurance is purchased to cover the items being returned to us.

Please do not send items back without first contacting our Helpline as we will not accept the goods and no refund will be issued.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned to us in a safe and secure also in a resalable condition (in original packaging and including all manuals and accessories).

It can take up to 5 days for your parcel to reach us depending on the courier service. Once the parcel is received, we will inspect and process your refund within 30 days provided the returned items are in a resalable condition. Goods returned damaged due to poor packaging will not entitled to a full refund or if they have been used.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit and Debit Card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase. We are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt.

Further details of your rights under Distance Selling Regulations are available from your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.

International Returns

If you wish to return an item that is unsuitable or not required, the return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages or Shortages

  • Upon delivery you shall inspect all goods and notify Golden Sands Tanning within 7 working days by email, info@Goldensandstanning.co.uk or by calling 07492512839 if shortages are found or the goods appear to be damaged or defective.
  • If the goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should not sign for the delivery and ask it to be return to the sender.
  • If the buyer fails to do so, the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.
  • Golden Sands Tanning is not responsible for paying shipment costs.
  • Please do send items back without first contacting our Helpline, they will not be accepted or refunded.
  • On receipt of your goods, we will carry out an inspection and contact you within 30 days of receipt.
  • If goods are found to be faulty, we will offer you a replacement.

What products are excluded from our Refund Policy?

For reasons of health and hygiene, we are unable to exchange or refund spray tan solutions, creams or mousses once the original packaging has been opened, unless the product is faulty or damaged.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
